So I thought about starting on a new Ferngully fic (YAY!) that's going to have Crysta's mom in it but I have one problem: I can't recall if Crysta's mom had a name. I remember that she was mentioned briefly in the book but it's been awhile since I've read it. I was kind of hoping that one you guys might be able to help me with this before I start on the fic.

Sorry, but I haven't read or even seen the book in my entire whole life. I can't help you with that, but I think adding Crysta's mom into your fanfic sounds good. Usually it's okay to be adding make-believe parents to the characters if they were not included into the books or movies cause it makes up why they're not in their lives.
The movie never gave out any details about Crysta's mother either. I'm guessing that the writers were too lazy to cook one up for her. They didn't even have any deleted scenes about her either! o__O

Crysta also had sisters that the movie ignored as well and I have read the book but I don't recall it ever giving Crysta's mom a name so you should feel free to come up with a name of your own for her.
I would also love to read your fanfic as well and I wish you luck on it

Uh oh, I completely frogot about her having sisters! I'll probably put them into the fic as well, if I ever get around to writing it. And thanks! I'm glad that you guys are interested in the fic! I might be motivated to begin on it tomorrow!
