Who would voice your characters?

Yeah! xD me and nadine were talking and I brought this up, so we thought it could be fun.

What you do is talk about any fan chars or original chars of yours. Tell us who would be their speaking voice and/or singing voice, and link us to vids so we could hear what they sound like and picture this with your char.

Righty then! Voices! Hmm....let's see what I can cook up with.

Well for me, I began sorta choosing voices for my character at a really late time, so here's what I've got.

In Brother Bear, I have a OC that is the cousin to Kenai, Sitka and Denahi and so I name her Skyler. I choose Hilary Duff to be her speaking voice, but if Skyler had to have a singing part somewhere in the fandom, then Hilary would still be the right of choice for me to keep her as that character. If you guys have remember that one scene with Sitka and Denahi sitting down during at Kenai's totem ceremony, there's a girl with them at the end of thet part waving to Kenai with one arm, so I kinda took her being my part and made her have a more fitting role somewhere in BB because she look like a great character that could be related to them.


Next one I got Kimba, a young cute little orphan yellow bear cub that was adopted by me Nadine (Yes I at times make myself into an OC in some fandoms if I wanted to go and do that.) The first choice that brought me to pick the voice role for Kimba was Dakota Fanning, my favorite child actress, but since she is 15 years old in real life now, I don't know if I should still be keeping her or not, but I have decided to still keep it because I cannot think of another girl who would replace Dakota cause I like that kid thing she's got inside of her.


For the last parting note in Brother Bear, I created a wolf/coytote type beast like villian named Kayak who has special powers to kill things such as creatures and other people. Suzanne Pleshette, who you may be familar that did the voice of Zira in The Lion King II: Simba's Pride (she's dead now for about a year. Rest in peace!) I mostly remember her for playing that woman who got killed in Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds, but when I look her up and found out that she play Zira also, I reminded myself how scary she was for that role, so by choosing her would of been perfect for Kayak if she was still alive to do that.


Now moving on away to Brother Bear, let's skip ahead and get straight onto...KUNG FU PANDA! In KFP, I made a 14 year old fox/red panda hybrid named Maylin who is the granddaughter of Master Shifu and the first actress that pop to my head is Brittany Snow. Her voice is so cute and girly that I just HAD to match it up with Maylin's. And who wouldn't want it better at it that way too?


My second other KFP character is a white and black panda named Tao Zhan, who I made to be the long-lost father of Po and childhood friend of Shifu. And you won't believe who I pick to be his voice....none other than the famous Indiana Jones actor himsef; HARRISON FORD! Harrison has this great fatherly deep tone who I think was just so....so....in there! And to me, Harrison Ford is Tao Zhan!


Now let's get onto Ferngully...

My decsion to play the role for Nilla Joy was Winona Ryder. I couldn't really find any good interview clips of her speaking so well and clear, so this one that I saw was really the best that I can do. When I see Nilla or act her out in the roleplays, I always think about Winona Ryder.


And here's Nilla Joy's singing voice; Amanda Seyfried! I like this song from Mammia Mia a lot and it kinda matches to Winona Ryder's speaking voice a little bit.



Mattie was a last minute hard choice to find for his voice and so I went with Matt Dillion. I was gonna go with Justin Long or Robert Pattinson, but the problem was that Justin sounds too young for his old 31 years of age and I don't like Robert in Twlight and his real life voice has an accent and I don't really want that, so Matt Dillion was all I got it. I look at one of his interviews and the way that he talk really did kinda scare me on the inside and so I thought "I think I found my Mattie lol!"
