I'm really big on reading and I was wondering if anybody had a list of favorite books or authors. If I posted all of the literary works I love, this list would be huge so here's a small list.
Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling The Dark Tower by Stephen King Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan Bedlam's Bard by Mercedes Lackey The Immortals by Tamora Pierce
There's a lot more but I listed some of my top favorites!

Interesting thread. :3 This should be fun- and who knows, we may learn about new books to read!
I shamefully admit that I don't read as nearly often as I should, but I still have favorites!
I love the Harry Potter series by J.K Rowling as well.
I like several Stephen King novels, so I'll just leave it as his name
The Goosebumps series; I have fond memories of them.
Reaper Man and Maskerade by Terry Prachett. I haven't gotten around to reading the Hogfather and the rest of the discworld series, but my favorite character is death.
Phantom of the Opera- Gaston Leroux

Ah! I frogot to add Pendragon by D. J. Machale! I love that series. I really like Robin Hobb's books, too. Yeah, I know she's against fanfiction but at least she isn't a hypocrite like Terry Goodkind is! And it's nice to see another Harry Potter fan, here too! I've also been meaning to read Terry Prachett's books. I heard they were pretty good.

I haven't done a lot of reading (expect for the teen gossip or entertainment news.) But I guess I would have to say that I like the Eragon series more. The first book interested me but I haven't finish it all the way yet. And I try to check out the Narnia books, but there's just too many pages for me to read. And I have got to say, that these authors know how to spend their time writing down a lot of scenery and character lines for each page. It's incredible!!
