I have my reasons. I'll explain them, YAY.

A.) Recently, online- beyond going back and forth to my fanfic site and a friend's discussion forum..Idk. I've been spending less time on a majority of the discussion forums I joined and more on role playing forums. I got back into role playing, so I admit I distracted myself. Meant to keep coming back and posting, but didn't.


B.) Been preparing to go to school downtown, and amidst other things concerning trying to get myself ready for the jump from going to school in the country to school in the city, I haven't been online that much. Just long enough to post on various role playing forums, then that and a volunteering job takes up a lot of time on certain days.


C.) As much as I hate to admit it, for a while- I had lost a lot of interest in Ferngully. I always have and always will love Hexxus, but for some reason- eh, I just wasn't feeling it. *shrug* I have no idea why. This happens. I'll get interested in other fandoms I like, and my cycle of fandoms will focus on those and push the other ones away for a while. But I tend to come back to the fandoms, and while Ferngully hasn't quite gone up as high in the list as I'd like, I'm not totally ' ehhhh' with it anymore. So, yeah.




So, I'm probably gonna keep hanging around- popping in and out. If that's going to be a problem, go ahead and remove my global mod title. Honestly, I won't pitch a fit or anything- it'll be fine with me. I already have responsibility on a decent amount of forums, so if there's somebody better suited HERE for global mod position- give my powers to them.

The things you said on A and C sound a lot like me. Losing the interest that fade in and out on fandoms happens to me all the time. For months now, I've been helping roleplaying with this friend of mine at the Monsters Vs Aliens whose named is Jessica cause she needed it to turn it into a fanfic that's making for her Dr. Cockroach couple, but now after these months have gone and left us, I'm sorta almost loosing interest in it too and that's what's starting to worried me.

I fear that she'll find someone else to help her finish the roleplay idea for her story if I tell her. And Ferngully has done the same thing to me too after I've been making new forums for other related animated movies which is why I still haven't continue the rest of our Ferngully roleplay as I would very much like to, but I need the ideas and creative minds to come back to me. They have their ways to come back, but it's not so easy. We need to let them flow on their own before we can try to return to it ourselves.

I personally know what it is like to be on quite a few forums where I am in a position of power and juggling school as well, so I don't blame ya for that Hexxus.

It is good to see you back even if it is just popping in and out for now and I do appreciate you informing us on all this and like Nadine I do not blame you and understand completely

The same thing happens to me, Shauni! Right now I'm interested in several fandoms and I can't decide which one to write in, and I haven't had any new ideas for a Fernglly fanfic for awhile, either, so I hope this isn't writer's block!

writer's block sucks. DX I've had it for months now- just been in a rut where I can't write anything. I can write with role playing posts, but...lol yeah. Not cool.

Yeah, juggling school, work, and online is hard- especially if you're like me and join too many forums, heh.

I hope you get your inspiration for that role playing back soon, Nadine. That's very nice of you to be helping a friend out through role playing with her fan fiction. And I do hope sometime we can do ferngulleh role plays.

Yeah doing ferngully rpgs again would be nice but I am not going to force you guys to do them, I will just wait until you are ready and I agree that writers block totally sucks
