Does anybody here have a favorite music style? I really like symphonic and heavy metal. My favorite bands are Nightwish, Epica, Hammerfall, and Metallica. Recently I've discovered other bands that I like but those are my top favorites.

Well my favorite music styles are Country, Soft Rock, and Pop. I have a lot of favorite artists and all that too but I figure putting these categories up pretty much nails it down for everyone instead of me going on and on and on lol

I used to like country a lot when I was little, and I still like some country songs. I've also discovered that I like Andean music, which I think is very beautiful. I've found a neat site that introduces you to Andean music, and just in case no one has ever head of this music before, I'll post a link to the site here: www.andeannation.com/hist.html

Favorite music style? Hmmm...let me see. I like listening to pop, rock, hip-hop, rap and.......mostly just anything. Country and heavy metal I refuse to listen to cause I don't like how heavy metal is perform. It's too much damanging for the sensitive ears some people like and we like to avoid having hearing loss issues ^^;
And as for country, well.......I don't MIND country music, but it has a little dance to it, then that's all right. But regular plain old country music like the slow one sorta just BORES me off to death. No offense. Well...actually some of the country songs from the Hannah Montana Movie soundtrack are okay, but I always skip through them on purpose if I'm not in the mood to hear it.

I like soundtracks to movies and musicals, classical musical, dark classical, pop, rock, some metal, some alternate...Big band jazz. And soothing, new age stuff.

I forgot to mention about musical and movie soundtracks too. Those are really good cause they're different than what you hear from regular singers or bands.

I don't have to worry about that, though, because I don't like having my music turned up that loud. And I love soundtracks too! Not too long ago I got the Anastasia and Twister soundtracks on CD and I think they're awesome! I already had the Twister soundtrack on cassette but none of our cassette players work at the house anymore so that's why I got it.
